The ultimate that would complete this awsome machine, for one race only the 61 blaised on the side, i think that would be hair raising experience TO SEE THAT ON THE BIG TRACK, and if it is lucky to finish in the top spots what a fitting tribute to the
“RAPID ROMAN, THE KING OF MODIFIED RACING RICHIE EVANS”
I’m with Dave! A diecast of this awesome car would be fabulous! All Steve fans and all Richie Evans fans would love love love to have one! Put me down for one!
Very nice. Now let’s hope it’s fast and handles well. Go get ‘em Steve, put it in the show!
I am a huge Richie fan and love the idea of this design. I also honored the famous “Rapid Roman” this year with my race car. To bad I couldn’t post a few pictures lol. I hope Steve can pull out the win. I will be supporting him and it is a great honor to have that name on his car. Good Luck!!!

Awesome Graphics! all your cars should be wraped this way!!
WOW! It comes right on time because the NASCAR HOF is announcing the second group of nominees and one of em i believe is Richie Evans! It’s just perfect.
This is a Awsome looking car, Looks as real as it gets. Best looking car in Nascar, hands down. have a safe and competive weekend.
Great looking car,& good luck to a great bunch of guys,I wore my Steve Park visor all w/e in NH
I think the TBR cars from here-on-out should have the nerf bar/header/air cleaner treatment !! VERY COOL !!!
“driving the B R Dewitt number 61 haling out of Rome New York, the Rapid Roman, Richie Evans! ” I can still here the track announcer and it still brings tears of excitement. To bad the BR Dewitt logo couldn’t be on the rear quarter panel as well as the number 61.But still a great tribute to the greatest modified driver ever! Good luck to Steve Park and the entire Baldwin team.
Wow, that’s cool. Definitely the neatest wrap I’ve ever seen on a race car.
That is an awesome car…and thanks for getting Steve Park to drive it, been waiting for his return to cup racing…I hope you can keep him in your car for a while.
This is by far the best looking cup car ever designed..Tommy what a great job your team did, in recreating the legend’s car.Good luck to steve and the entire TBR team…
How about those headers, so cool! Compliments to the graphics people. This truly makes a Modified fan, crew member, racer and those who raced with Richie proud!
Kudos, Tommy…Well done.
Wow, the car looks awesome — thanks for the great pics and for the opportunity to show our support… pretty cool to see so many names! Great work TBR and thanks for giving Steve a ride — hope it will be the first of many!!
Wow. Incredible design. This is an amazing tribute to “The Rapid Roman”. I can see the grin on Richie’s face and hear his laugh. Wouldn’t it be fitting for Steve to get out in victory lane and crack open a cold one!!!! NOW WE NEED TO GET RICH INDUCTED IN THE NASCAR HALL OF FAME!!!
I hope Steve does great he’s always been one of my favorites GOOD LUCK Steve and Tommy
THIS CAR HAS ONE OF THE COOLEST PAINT JOBS I’VE SEEN!!
the rusty nail
Richie is smiling down on Daytona…
this is it stevo, time to make it happen
TBR and Tommy,
What a GREAT looking car. Hope Steve makes the show and you have a solid run. Best of luck this weekend with an outstanding design. Welcome back Steve Park! Hope to see you in Richmond in September because it was so great to cheer Casey as he rode the chip into Turn One all race long back in May. GO TBR!!
Thank you for doing this, he’s still a Legend, especially in my 2 hometowns Ottawa, ON and Daytona FL, can’t wait to see it live.
Outstanding!
Can you just see Richie’s smile?
Can you hear him say, “Good,’n you?
The excellent graphics – headers, nerf bars, etc – are perfect. Very Original, and Very Clever.
Can you just hear Richie ‘giggle’ his approval?
This is a Hall of Fame effort, on behalf of the premier Hall of Fame driver. Richie deserves the gold ring on the NASCAR carousel.
Eight consecutive National titles ‘only’ has Jimmie J. beat by four. Richie’s nine has JJ beat by five, and RP and DE beat by two.
Double Thumbs Up to Tommy and Steve. You guys put it all in perspective on behalf of Richie and ALL the Modified family.
What a great tribute to a great racer, being from Rome I would like to thank everyone involved.
So very, very happy to see Tommy and Steve together again.. Go Get Em STEVE!
p.s. We want this car in 1/24 diecast!!!!! We want Hats/T-Shirts/Sweatshirts.. !!!!!
Great looking car! Can’t wait to see it on the track and many thanks to Tommy for putting Steve in the car. Now if we could only get some diecast and/or shirts/tank tops for this car available I could get some early Christmas shopping done. Good luck at the 400 and we’ll be pulling for the #36 Saturday night!

Yeah! T-shirts!! Die Cast!! This is, without a doubt, the coolest tribute car I have ever seen. GO GET ‘EM, STEVE!!!
The car looks great good luck guys
I love this paint scheme and I especially love modified racing more than any other type. I believe this is an excellent way of remembering Evans. Will this car be made into a die cast?
The car turned out great. I’m so happy to be a part of this not only to have my name on Richie’s tribute car, but to know that my donations are going to a super cause. Thank you for giving me this opportunity and good luck Steve. Richie Evans, Legend Forever!!!
This is really an awesome car and who better to drive it than Steve Park! It brought tears of joy the more I sat and looked at it. Great finish for Steve and the team, congratulations. I f you tear up the car, save me my name!!!!
As the Son of one of Richies early crew members, not only do i have a special place in my heart for Richie, but I go to the track where he first set foot in an oval race car. We fly his flag in the infeild, and we never forget. Thank You for remembering, and congratulations on a top 15 finish with Steve Park. This means more to people in the Rome N.Y. area than most will ever know.
[...] here is a linkto pictures that show every name that was on the car Tommy Baldwin Racing Daytona Tribute Car [...]
Amazing. Steve finished 13th last night – WOW! Thanks for the tribute. I really liked Richie a lot. I first met him when he was 19. A former Roman, I now live in Kingman, AZ. When I go to a race in Phoenix, Las Vegas, or California & ware my Richie Evans tee shirt, I get many comments from race fans.
Awesome run last night, It was great to see Steve back in a car and a great looking one at that , i hope Steve and TBR run more races together .
Great run last night! Thanks for your work. I’m on board for three diecasts and shirts – for me, my brother, and my dad. Dad took us to see Richie race when we were just kids. I’m not sure how many times I met Richie after the races and how many times I had him sign an odd scrap of paper for me, but thanks to him and Dad for the great memories and a lifetime of appreciation for racing.
Great job last night. Is there a shirt for the TRIBUTE CAR.
THAT WAS RIGHTEOUS HOLMES!!!!!!!!
3 cheers for Steve Park. He still knows how to get it done! Great job finishing 13!
Way to go Steve!! Having you on the track made that one of the most exciting races ever. Me and my friends where glued to the TV cheering you on. It was great seeing you out there and would love to see you out there all the time. (maybe a 13th place finsh at daytona can help)
Tommy awsome job on the car and we are all thankful for Steve in the car and our names on it. Good luck TBR and STEVE PARK!!!
Nice job on the car and race. Hope you do it again. Hope to see more cars if it worked out. Wish there was TV time for the car other then Kyle Petty talking about it and TNT not showing the car. Look foward to the T-shirt.
GREAT FINISH, THE FANS WOULD LOVE TO SEE STEVE IN THAT CAR PERMANETLY,WITH STEVES DRIVING ABILITY AND HIS FAN BASE IT WOULD MAKE A GOOD FIT FOR TBR
It was a great race and fantastic finish. Would like to see die-cast offered for this car. It was an awesome tribute.
Again Tommy, thank you for running this beautiful car with Steve Park driving it. 13th is a great finish for the budget you guys are running and it’s awesome to see a single-car team do something so awesome and run so well. I’m with most of the people here, I’d buy a die-cast version of this car in a heartbeat.
Steve Park is the man! Let’s get him a full-time gig, Tommy!
NICE Left Quarter Panel with Knuckles Malones Motor Cars on it!!!!
Tommy,
I think you will have to offer the t-shirt to everyone and give them an opportunity to buy it. I did donate 100 so that I might get it.. but it would not bother me in the least to see you offer it to all fans in your TBR Store. It is a highly desired item.. I’m all for anything to help TBR build great cars. Sell that Tshirt! Haven’t received mine yet.. checking the mail everyday. If you do decide to do a die-cast I would like to put myself on your preorder list. That Car was a beautiful thing!!!
Congratulations to Steve and Tommy on a great race and finish. I really enjoyed seeing Steve back in Cup racing and I hope this will lead to more rides for him. I only wish TNT had shown more of the car.
I hope the car will be available in a 1/24 diecast. I would pre-order it and I’d also buy the T-shirt if that becomes available.
Thanks again Tommy for running that car and having Steve in it.
